Wild Roses thoughtfully curates our Food Village to bring together a diverse and complementary collection of food vendors offering delicious, nourishing, and thoughtfully prepared meals, beverages, and treats for our festival community.Each application is considered with attention to the quality and variety of the menu, the vendor's experience and ability to serve a large festival audience, alignment with our community values, and how their offerings complement the overall Food Village experience.We aim to create a well-rounded selection of food and beverage options that accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-conscious choices, while avoiding excessive overlap between vendors offering similar menus.We welcome both established and emerging food businesses and value vendors who demonstrate care in their ingredients, food preparation, customer experience, and commitment to safe food-handling practices.Because Food Village spaces are limited, not every application can be accepted. A declined application is not necessarily a reflection of the quality of a vendor's food or business, but may come down to available space, menu diversity, operational considerations, or the needs of that year's festival.We deeply appreciate the time and care that goes into every application and encourage food vendors to apply again in future years as our Food Village continues to evolve.

Approval emails will be sent out on, or before, January 15, 2027.

Only new food vendors joining us for the first time are required to pay the $250 refundable deposit. The deposit is due no later than February 15. Returning food vendors do not need to put down a deposit. The deposit for new vendors is fully refunded 7–14 days after the event, provided they attend and fulfill their participation commitment.

Lunch vendors will be required to be open for 11am. If you are a vendor providing all meals, please expect to be open for the duration of Food Village hours.

We are expecting 1000 women for the 2027 year! The Food Village is located in the 'heart' of the festival grounds. Set outside, the food village is a mix of self contained units (food trucks) and pop up kitchens that create a beautiful community of nourishment. The Food Village stays relatively steady throughout the day, with folks eating in between sessions, with the busiest times during meal hours. Please make sure you are well equipped + prepared to provide meals for the duration of the whole weekend.

Set up: Vendors are permitted to enter the festival grounds as early as Thursday, July 8th at 2pm, with the gates closing at 10pm. All vendors must have their booth set up on Thursday, ready to sell when the Food Village opens at 7am on Friday, July 9th. We encourage our Vendors to come early, set up their booth, as well as familiarize themselves with the festival grounds.Tear down: Vendors are permitted to begin tear down at 2pm on Sunday July 11th.

All food vouchers must be printed and mailed by May 15th. We will provide you with all of the instructions on creating vouchers and where to send them after approval!

You are welcome to purchase a ticket before hearing back, and if you're approved, we will refund your ticket.

You will be required to run on your own generators during operating hours and we will have two 15 amp circuits to plug in overnight during non-operating hours.

We provide all food vendors with up to a 10x20 ft space. Please let us know in your application at the bottom if you require more space.

Yes. We invite all Food Vendors to make their own hourly arrangements with female staff. They are welcome to take part in the festival when they're not working.

We are aiming to have 8 food vendors, including yourself.

No, please pack in and out water. There is a dump station and water refill station in Evansburg, less than a 10 minute drive from the festival grounds.

Yes, we have lots of space. If you plan to bring one- you'll have to let us know. Please keep in mind you will need to provide a generator, if it requires one!

Yes, accommodation upgrades are not included in your vendor package.

Evansburg has a few small grocery stores, but in the past, the influx of an additional 1,000 people has led to these stores running out of essential items over the weekend. Please be prepared by bringing extra supplies necessary for your offerings.

If you sell out before Sunday, it's a great indicator of strong demand and a nourishing offer! However, we encourage our food vendors to come fully prepared to serve throughout the entire weekend. We understand demand can be unpredictable, and we will do our best to communicate any changes in the food vendor lineup that might affect your expected numbers. We appreciate your efforts in ensuring that festival-goers and those with food vouchers can enjoy your offerings from Friday-Sunday.

Wild Roses Festival welcomes babies 2 years and younger to join the festival. All other participants must be of legal age (18+).
