Wild Roses is an intentional, women-centred gathering celebrating womanhood in all its diversity. We welcome women ages 18 and older, including cisgender, transgender and non-binary women who feel connected to the purpose of our gathering.Children ages 2 and under are also welcome and do not require a ticket to attend.We celebrate our community across race, culture, sexuality, age, ability, socioeconomic background, and lived experience. Rooted in belonging, bodily autonomy, mutual respect, and care, Wild Roses is a space to gather, celebrate, uplift, and honour one another in comm-unity.

Yes. 2027 Official Release tickets can be paid in full, or on a 3 or 6 month payment plan. Winter release tickets (available after our Official Release ticket tier sells out) can be paid in full or on a 3 month plan.

No, Wild Roses is intentionally designed as a full-weekend experience, and we do not offer day passes. However, you're welcome to come and go throughout the festival during our designated gate hours if you're unable to stay for the entire weekend.

Sorry - we have a no refund policy, however, you can transfer your ticket (up until June 30) to another person. To do a ticket transfer, please email wildrosesfestival@gmail.com with the new ticket holder's name and email address. We will not be accepting ticket transfers after this date. Please note that we are not responsible for tickets purchased through scammers. Please use your discernment when purchasing them from any individual other than the festival and if you're unsure, you can send us an email to verify that the person selling the ticket is a verified buyer.

Presentations are included with your festival ticket and are open to all attendees at no additional cost.Workshops are smaller, more intimate experiences that require advance registration and an additional fee. These must be booked before the festival, as spaces are limited.

Wild Roses is an intentional gathering for women aged 18 and over, with little ones aged 2 and under welcome to attend free of charge.We kindly ask that children over the age of 2 stay home, allowing us to create a space where women can step away from their everyday responsibilities, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy the experience of gathering in community.All attendees aged 18 and over must have a valid festival ticket, and government-issued ID will be checked upon arrival.

We believe every woman deserves the opportunity to experience Wild Roses, regardless of her financial circumstances.To help make the festival more accessible, we offer a Volunteer Work Trade Program, where you can exchange your time for a complimentary festival ticket. Visit our Volunteer page to learn more and apply.We also offer festival scholarships for women experiencing financial or systemic barriers. Scholarship applications open March 15.

Wild Roses is a wonderful place to meet new friends, find community, and experience the magic of gathering with women you haven't met yet. Last year, nearly 25% of our attendees arrived on their own, and many left with beautiful new friendships.One of the gifts of coming solo is the freedom to create your own experience. Follow what calls to you, move at your own pace, and know that opportunities for connection are all around you. There's no pressure to participate in any particular way. It's a lovely way to build connections, contribute to the village, and feel part of the Wild Roses community before the festival even begins.

The Wild Roses Marketplace is exclusively available to festival ticketholders and is not open to the general public. A valid festival ticket is required to access the Marketplace.

Yes! Every year, the festival pledges 5% of ticket funds to a selected mutual aid participant, or a local or national charity. We will be announcing our chosen charity or mutual aid support for the 2027 year closer to the event.

The planning process for the Wild Roses Festival takes place over 10 months of the year (October to July), which includes paid team members who skillfully make this event come together beautifully. Our largest expense is the festival venue fee (spanning over 6 days which includes the set up, the gathering and take down) along with event amenity rentals which includes but is not limited to structures, bathrooms/hygiene facilities, sound equipment, power generation, lighting, and supplies needed to outfit all of the stage areas. Finally, and most importantly, our third largest outgoing expenditure is made by donation to a selected charity, organization or person that is most resonant to our values. Our focus and energy is always unequivocally, on community. It is our purpose, reason and life giver behind this festival.
