We're looking for women with customer service and barista experience who stay calm and kind when the line is long.

What we ask
14 hours + Training
Two 7-hour shifts and our in-person cafe training.

Only two 7 hour shifts are required by each crew member, in addition to the mandatory cafe training.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
Good to Know
Your $200 deposit is refunded once your hours are complete. If you've volunteered two or more years in a row, you're welcomed back without a deposit.
Once accepted, you'll have 72 hours to place your deposit before we offer the spot to our waitlist.
Deposits are not refunded for cancellations within 30 days of the festival or for no-shows.
Positions are first come, first served, and we reach out to selected applicants only.
