The media team uses professional cameras and works with our Media Hub. Creators and mobile videographers work from their phones and share through their own and our channels. If you shoot with a camera, please use the media team application.

You do, and we always credit your work whenever and wherever we use it.

All footage taken at the event, (as well as your curated reels for Content Creators), will be dropped into our dropbox account 72 hours post-festival. Once we receive all of your videos, we will refund your deposit within 7-10 business days.

In exchange for your participation, we expect you to contribute 4 hours per day (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), for a total of 12 hours. You're welcome to create your own schedule within the daily festival hours.

We expect a full dedication of 12 project working hours of content creation including capturing footage, editing, and social media engagement following the post. We do not schedule your hours are this is based off your own project and trust that you will capture the footage you need from the event. Each in-feed reel must be a minimum of 30 seconds in length, and the concepts must be pre-approved by Media Head. The video must feature live speaking or be overdubbed with your voice, sharing your unique experience and journey! All footage taken at the event, as well as your curated reels, will be dropped into our dropbox account 72 hours post-festival.
