Amanda Cook & Spaceholders

Amanda Cook is the Wellness Director of the Wild Roses Festival and a devoted cultivator of connection. She designs spaces where women can exhale, unravel, and remember themselves - safely and in sisterhood.

With over a decade of experience holding trauma-informed circles, Amanda is committed to integration, not just information - because transformation doesn’t happen from collecting insights, but from living them. She believes in depth, laughter, real talk, and the kind of community where you can both fall apart and find your footing again… on repeat.

Holding Space: A Community Sharing Circle

Held by Amanda Cook and our resident Space Holders, this circle is a dedicated space for integration.

Integration is the gentle process of weaving what we’ve felt and learned back into our everyday lives. The festival experience can crack us open - stirring emotion, insight, memory, and awareness. When we take time to integrate, moments settle into meaning, transforming into wisdom. It’s where we slow down, reflect, and allow what surfaced to find its place within us.

This is a space to be witnessed and to witness others - without fixing, advising, or rushing. Simply listening, honouring and making sense of what has come into the light.

You are invited to show up in whatever way feels most supportive, whether that’s sharing your experience or simply receiving. Integration happens in small, intentional ways, in the quiet choice to be present.

Together, in sisterhood, we ground the experience so it can root - not just inspire.
