Lotus Massage and Wellness
Hi, my name is Amy and I have been a registered massage therapist for over 13 years. Along the way I have become a reiki master, Ahkanda and Kundalini yoga teacher, meditation teacher, space holder and facilitator, and have created a beautiful little business in Millet, AB called Lotus Massage and Wellness. I opened in 2024 and offer massage and reiki, host moon circles, sound baths, yoga classes and more. It has become a grounding space for other therapists and healers to also practice and a healing landing place for our community.
My treatment style is very intuitive, and I let your body tell me what it needs. I have a soft and gentle approach in massage therapy, to allow your body to breathe and release. I love to incorporate reiki into my sessions to get energy moving through the body and slow down the nervous system. I create space for you to open and tap into your body, breathe and spirit.
Massage & Reiki
At Wild Roses I will be offering a few different services.
A 60 minute massage therapy session, where I focus on tension in your body and work on releasing anything that has been stored physically in the body.
A 60 minute reiki and massage session, the perfect combination of energy and body work, where I start with 30 minutes of focused massage therapy work and then you can completely unwind with 30 minutes of reiki to close.
A 60 minute intuitive reiki session, where I spend the full time tapping into your energy, get things flowing and assist you in integrating your festival experience. I spend time connecting with your guides and offer a card reading as well at the end of the session.
A 75 minute facial massage therapy session. A beautiful combination of lifting, sculpting and defining of the face and neck with different massage techniques and tools. We work with the lymphatic system to flush out toxins, buccal massage to release symptoms of TMJ along with tension and headaches, and scalp and neck massage creating a full treatment that is so relaxing!
I am a Registered Massage Therapist, and most of these services and be submitted to your benefit or health spending accounts. Prices range from $100-$150.
