Set up: Vendors are permitted to enter the festival grounds as early as Thursday, July 9th at 2pm, with the gates closing at 10pm. All Healer's must have their booth set up on Thursday, ready to receive clients when the Healer's Village opens at 9am on Friday, July 10th.

Please note, there are no vehicles permitted in the Healer's Village after Thursday. We encourage our Healer’s to come early, set up their campsite and treatment space, as well as familiarize themselves with the festival grounds.

Tear down: Vendors are permitted to begin tear down at 2pm on Sunday July 12th.

Approvals will be sent out on or before January 15, 2025.

You are welcome to purchase a ticket before hearing back, and if you're approved, we will refund your ticket.

Upon acceptance, you will be sent an invoice and contract. 50% of the vendor invoice is due January 31, with the full payment due on February 15. Please note, that if we do not receive the 50% deposit by January 31, we will be moving onto our waitlist and your contract/attendance will be void.

The Healer's Village Hours are as follows:

• Friday - 9am-9pm

• Saturday - 9am-9pm

• Sunday - 9am-2pm

Healers will set their own hours within this time frame that seems suitable to their modality and appointment lengths. All Healers are welcome to open additional time slots outside this time frame, if needed.

Yes, we do permit sharing of booths. Please note that both practitioners sharing a booth are required to apply seperately, and will each pay the full fee ($600) to be in the Healer's Village. We also expect that the booth be clearly labelled, representing both companies/practitioners.

We welcome healer's to offer prebooking through their own websites using an online calendar system or via email. We will feature a link on our website alongside your bio that will direct folks to book online with you. You are also welcome to receive prebookings via email or social media. The deadline to send pre-booking link is April 1.

It is not mandatory to take prebookings- however, it is a nice way to fill up your schedule! Healer's offering concise information on what services are being provided along with special festival rates generally fully book before the festival.

Healer's that choose to offer first come, first serve/ walk in's at the festival are also welcomed. We will have an area in the Healer's Village where you can post your openings for the weekend and have folks claim appointment times at the festival.

Lastly, Healer's set their schedule, prices, and receive their own payments. Wild Roses Festival does not take any bookings on your behalf. Healer's offering services by donation or sliding scale is welcomed and encouraged.

Surrounded by forest (and faeries, too!) you will find a 'pop-up' village of tiny clinics, apothecaries, and treatment rooms to come and find a deeper sense of healing and integration from this transformative event. In the middle of the clearing, we also have a fire pit lounge area that serves as a 'waiting room' and for those who wish to seek integration, pre or post treatment.

We intend to group healers by those offering 'talking' sessions and silent sessions in order to respect client privacy and comfort. We also ask our festival patrons to take a vow of silence in order to respect those who are in treatment or in deep processing.

Each business is alotted a 10x10 space. We ask that you provide your own 10x10 pop up tent, clear signage, and everything you will need to see/treat clients. Please note there is no power in this area and generators are not permitted.

The Wild Roses Festival runs- rain, shine, or smoke. While July in Alberta is usually warm and sunny, we recommend coming prepared for all weather.

Only professionals offering hands on body work will be required to provide proof of liability insurance. All vendors are recommended you have to have event liability insurance. We recommend our vendors use DUUO or PAL.

Yes. If you feel that your client could benefit from additional support, processing or integration, we welcome you to triage them to Wellness at Wild Roses. This complimentary service offered by the festival is found in the Healer's Village and offers talk therapy support by space holders who are on call to create safe(r) spaces for folks to access free emotional and mental support through trauma informed guides.

Wild Roses Festival does not offer any refunds on vendor booths and is non-transferable. In the event that the Wild Roses Festival is cancelled, you will be issued a credit to participate on the future date. Please note, if you are no longer able to attend the festival and fulfill your position in the Healer's Village, your festival ticket will also be cancelled and void.

Yes, accommodation upgrades are not included in your vendor package.

Wild Roses Festival reserves the use and sale of all sacred medicines such as sage, sweetgrass, cedar and palo santo exclusively for BIPOC and First Nations vendors at the festival.

Yes, we would love for you to apply for our Partnership Program. Our Partnership Program puts your product into influential hands, and you get a free ticket ($399 value) to join the event as a VIP! We also offer festival ticket discounts to companies who make a donation to our Comm-Unity Silent Auction. More details will become available when applications open on February 1st!

Wild Roses Festival welcomes babies 2 years and younger to join the festival. All other participants must be of legal age (18+).

Yes. We welcome men to assist with RV set up on Thursday from 4-9pm, and Sunday after closing ceremony only. Please bring your female assistant (if you are bringing one) with you to set up your booth as men are not permitted in the main festival grounds
