The Wild Roses Festival is built on community and collection vision. We are so grateful to all who apply to be apart of our team to make this magical weekend come to fruition.

Our Volunteer leads lovingly refer to our support team as 'VolunSTARS'! We weave together as a micro community that supports, uplifts, and work towards creating a beautiful, seamless gathering experience for us all.

What we're looking for

Festival Set Up & Take Down Crew: We are looking for motivated applicants to support us behind the scenes as we set up and take down stages, decor and amenities. Applicants must be able to lift 50+lbs and be able to support on Wednesday, July 3 and Thursday July 4 (set up) or Sunday, July 7 and Monday July 8 (take down).
Festival Support Crew: Join our fun and outgoing team of volunteers to support us during festival hours. Responsibilities include checking in guests, helping attendees at the info booth, and performing general tidying duties.
Sound Crew: Make our stages come to life! You will be responsible for setting up mics and music for our performers and presenters. Folks with experience in sound equipment is preferred, but not necessary.
First Aid: We are looking for folks who have training in first aid to provide basic first aid on a on-call basis.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: We are currently only accepting Sound Crew Applications as of April 12.

Volunteer positions on our team are offered in exchange for 14 hours (2 seven hour shifts) for all volunteer benefits described above. (With the exception of First Aid who offer 1 x 24 hour shift of on call support).

We will also be hosting a online orientation meeting via zoom that we ask all confirmed volunteers to attend. (Date TBA).

Once accepted (we will send you an acceptance letter via email), you will need to confirm your placement as a WR Volunteer by paying a $100 deposit. If you have already purchased a ticket, it will be refunded after the event. Volunteers who have volunteered 2+ years in a row will be automatically grand mothered in without a deposit. No refunds will be given in the case of cancellation 30 days before the event or no show.

Please note that spots are first come first serve. Please ensure you are a full YES before applying.
