The Wild Roses Café is a vibrant hub of connection, warmth, and nourishment at the heart of the festival grounds. As we expand the café this year, we’re calling in women who love creating welcoming spaces and have experience in customer service and barista work. This is a beautiful opportunity to contribute to the rhythm of the gathering while keeping our community energized with thoughtfully prepared beverages.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our Wild Roses Café Crew plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and nourishing experience for festival attendees. We are seeking volunteers who have experience in customer service and barista work, with the ability to prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and espresso-based beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants should be kind, outgoing, inclusive, and able to remain calm and organized under high-pressure situations. The café can be one of the most lively spaces at the festival, so we are looking for team members who enjoy interacting with people and bringing a warm, positive energy to every guest they serve.
Responsibilities include preparing high-quality beverages, handling cashless payments, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and offering excellent customer service to every person who visits the café.
Volunteer positions are offered in exchange for 14 hours of service (two 7-hour shifts) during the festival weekend. In return, you’ll become part of the Wild Roses volunteer community, helping create a nourishing gathering space while working alongside an incredible team of women dedicated to bringing the festival to life.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
We only have 5 open positions on our cafe team this year. Positions are first come, first serve and we will only be in contact with selected applicants. Applications close March 31, 2026 or when all positions have been filled.
Once accepted, our Volunteer Director will follow up by email with a schedule of dates, as well as a secure link to put forward your $200 deposit. You will have 72 hours to put down a deposit to secure your spot before we move onto our waitlist. If you have already purchased a ticket, let the Director know and it will be refunded after the event. Volunteers who have volunteered 2+ years in a row will be automatically grand mothered in without a deposit. No refunds will be given in the case of cancellation 30 days before the event or no show.
