Yes, we delivery in Edmonton and surrounding areas (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove). Delivery fees range from $15+, but this may vary based on the load size.

We do not offer set up as apart of our fees. Most of our rental options are incredibly simple to set up on your own, and we will include set up instructions upon confirmation of your rental.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and signing a contract, with the remaining due 30 days before your event.

We understand that plans can change. Because we reserve inventory and scheduling specifically for your date, the following cancellation terms apply: All Payments Are Non-Refundable: All payments made to Wild Roses Rentals are non-refundable, including deposits, rental fees, and service fees, unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation Notice + Credit Option: If the Client needs to cancel the booking, written notice is required as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of cancellation, the Company may offer a store credit as a courtesy: Cancellations made 14+ days before the rental date: Client may request a store credit for the rental amount paid (excluding delivery/setup fees), valid for 6 months from the original rental date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental date: No credit will be issued, as inventory, staffing, and scheduling have already been committed. Credits are: • non-refundable • non-transferable • subject to availability within our delivery area No-Shows If the Client does not proceed with the rental on the scheduled date (including last-minute cancellations or failure to provide access for delivery), the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refunds or credits will be provided.

Wild Roses Rentals is an outdoor-forward rental experience, and we understand that weather can be unpredictable. Our priority is the safety of our team, our inventory, and your guests—while also protecting the time and preparation required to reserve your date. Weather Does Not Automatically Qualify for a Refund: All rental payments are non-refundable once paid. Weather-related changes are handled through rescheduling or credit, as outlined below. Weather Reschedule (One-Time Courtesy): If severe weather is forecasted and your event is outdoors, the Company may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at no additional rental cost, subject to availability.

Because our pieces are curated and often used outdoors, a refundable 'Care and Restoration' deposit (aka, a damage deposit) is required, and added to your final invoice. The deposit total is determined based on the size and scope of your order. Deposits are used to cover damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or restoration costs if required. Any remaining balance will be refunded once items are returned and inspected.
