Rhiann Suen

I create spaces that support healing, embodiment, and reconnection to the body. Through somatic practices, therapeutic touch, and gentle guidance, I support people in slowing down, listening inward, and restoring a sense of safety and trust within themselves.

My work is grounded in holding an intentional, compassionate, inclusive, and accessible container where the nervous system can settle and the body can begin to unwind. Drawing from my background as a Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, Womb Wellness Facilitator, Registered Massage Therapist, and Spiritual Constellator, I weave together mindful movement, breath, sound, and embodied touch to support nervous system regulation and the release of held patterns. Healing happens through presence, intention, and respect for each person’s unique journey.

The truth I return to again and again is that the body already holds the wisdom needed for healing. It simply needs to be felt and trusted. This is the heart of my work: supporting a grounded return to the body as a place of safety, connection, and home.

The Gift of Being Held

Step into a sacred circle of women, held with presence and intentional touch. Together we explore somatic practices, the art of holding, being held, and witnessing one another, creating a safe and nurturing container to release, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. In this space we find a supportive community to hold us, like Mother Earth cradling us or a child held tenderly by a village. This circle calls in trust, guidance, and connection, inviting us to surrender fully to our breath, our bodies, and the collective energy of the circle, allowing healing, presence, and embodied belonging to deepen within us.
