Suzy Noel & YELRIHS
About Suzanne:
Hi, I’m Suzanne Summers —a longtime DJ, music curator, and community builder based in Edmonton. I’ve been spinning everything from disco, house, pop, oldies, hip-hop and bass-driven remixes at festivals, weddings, clubs, and special events for over 15 years.
I’m also the co-founder of Vibe Collective, a women-led DJ agency creating space for women, WOC, and non-binary DJs to shine. We book diverse talent and support our artists with mentorship and growth opportunities across creative and corporate spaces.
Lately, I’ve also been channeling my love for movement into The Movement: Somatic Rave—a collaboration with Angie Clark (YEGYOGI). It’s a dancefloor ceremony blending somatic practices, breathwork, guided visualization, and live DJ beats. It's sweaty, soulful, and totally transformative.
Whether I’m behind the decks or building something new, I’m here to create connection, joy, and magic through music and movement.

Play with Sound: A Beginner DJ Workshop
Play with Sound: A Beginner DJ Workshop is a one-hour, beginner-friendly session designed as an uplifting and creative break in your day. Hosted by Vibe Collective co-founders Suzanne Summers and YELRIHS, the workshop begins with a short introduction to DJing basics, followed by a live demonstration and an opportunity for shared playtime at the decks. Participants will have a chance to step up and try mixing a song while others relax, socialize, and cheer each other on. Attendees are invited to send in song requests in advance to help shape the vibe. This is the perfect session to attend with friends — and you’ll likely leave having made a few new ones — all while exploring sound, bonding over music, and learning a new skill in a supportive, joy-filled space. No experience required, just curiosity.
