Our food truck is a collection—just as we all are—of all that I and those around me love, from our favourite films, to fantastical pieces of literature, to renowned music. I truly believe that food does not have to be boring, it can be healthy, delicious, and imaginative.

The House on Mango Street | Burrito Bowl (Vg) (GF):
Mango pico de gallo, fresh lettuce, guacamole, and fried black beans with rice. Topped with our savoury pumpkin parmesan and our vegan cashew crema. Option to add chicken.
The Devil Wears Prada | Grilled Cheese:
Crispy grilled cheese sandwich (with focaccia) with cheddar cheese and manchego, paired with our rich and flavourful in house made aioli.
Strange Weather in Tokyo | Green Bowl (Vg) (GF)
Green bowl filled with zucchini noodles, avocado, baby spinach, edamame, and nori flakes, tossed in a miso maple dressing. Option to add chicken.
One way or another | Blondie: a thick chocolate chunk blondie with a distinct vanilla flavour.
