I’ve spent more than twenty years in this work, shaped by my background as a social worker, somatic practitioner, and Andean Indigenous woman. My approach is rooted in the belief that the body holds its own truth and that healing begins when we learn to listen.
My practice blends somatic experiencing, Brainspotting, nervous system regulation, somatic touch, and Andean ways of understanding the body. I offer workshops, groups, and individual support that help people release what’s been held, reconnect with themselves, and move toward steadier ground.
What matters most to me is helping women remember they aren’t broken. Their bodies speak in sensation, instinct, and pattern. When we follow those signals with curiosity and care, something real can shift.
The wisdom I hold is simple. Every woman deserves to feel at home in her body. Your intuition is information. Your boundaries are allowed. Your sensations are guiding you. Healing grows from relationship, presence, and the courage to listen inward.
