Alyssa Wack
I am a somatic coach and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator devoted to emotional alchemy and embodied integration. My work is not about quick fixes, performance, or pushing for transformation. I
create living sanctuaries where the nervous system naturally softens, emotional truth begins to make sense, and women are gently guided back into relationship with themselves. My presence is steady and grounding — often described as regulating in itself — allowing people to feel safe enough to slow down, listen, and reconnect beneath their patterns. This work was born through lived experience. In my own life, I once believed that conflict and disconnection in my relationships — with my partner and
later as a mother — were caused by others not prioritizing me enough, or by challenging behaviors that felt overwhelming in the moment. What I came to understand is that when I was responding from an activated nervous system, I was unknowingly participating in old relational dynamics I had carried for years, some that began long before I was conscious of them. I was tired of trying to unpack these moments after the fact. I wanted to know how to meet them as they were happening — and transform them in real time. When I learned to create safety in my body and regulate myself in those moments, my responses changed. Over time, the relationships themselves began to reorganize and soften.
I work at the intersection of breath, body, and awareness, illuminating theinvisible dynamics that create disconnection in our relationships — often reflecting the disconnection we feel within ourselves. I don’t rush, rescue, or override the body’s wisdom. With clarity and precision, I guide women to integrate what has been stirred, metabolize what has been opened, and anchor back into Self. My work is rooted in lived experience, integrity, and humility. What I offer is not traditional coaching, but a form of soul-to-soul recalibration — a reclamation of what it means to feel emotionally safe, relationally connected, and grounded in one’s own inner authority.
The wisdom I carry — and what I believe every woman deserves to know — is that when we learn to regulate our nervous systems in moments of activation, we can listen beneath our patterns. From this place, clarity arises naturally, connection deepens, and both individuals and groups can move forward feeling grounded, integrated, and anchored in Self rather than driven by old survival responses.
