Rhiann Suen

Rhiann Suen (she/her) is a Holistic Womb Healing Facilitator, Registered Massage Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor with a deep passion for guiding individuals on a journey to reconnect with their bodies and cultivate profound inner healing.
With a holistic and spiritual approach to wellness, Rhiann creates sacred spaces in her classes and healing sessions, inviting participants to explore, release, regenerate, and celebrate their connection to themselves and their natural cycles. She blends somatic practices of mind-body awareness, breathwork, singing, mindful movement, and therapeutic touch to help others improve vagal tone, release physical, emotional, and spiritual imprints held in the body, and rediscover the powerful wisdom within.
Rhiann’s healing journey began in 2016, when she started working with the Akashic field, guiding her through a transformative “dark night of the soul.” In 2019, Mother Ayahuasca guided her deeper into the path of womb healing, inspiring further exploration of Yoni Steaming, Integrative Pelvic Healing, Menstrual Cycle Health, Womben Circle Facilitation, and Spiritual and Family Constellation.
Rhiann’s work is inspired by the belief that each person carries the innate strength and wisdom needed to heal and thrive. She is dedicated to making healing compassionate, accessible, and inclusive for all, honoring each individual’s unique journey. Through practices that deepen our connection with the earth and encourage somatic healing, she supports a rewiring of our relationship with our bodies — inviting full embodiment and presence within our physical selves.

This workshop invites you into a gentle, therapeutic space to explore the transformative power of self-massage. Through intentional, slow touch, we will honor the tissues and bones, cultivating a new level of awareness and relationship with ourselves. We’ll tap into somatic practices that bring us back to our bodies, enhancing our connection to ourselves and our innate wisdom, without expectation for outcomes — simply as an act of self-love. It’s a practice of truly listening and honoring the sacred connection to your own being, fostering a deeper sense of “coming home” to yourself. Incorporate this ritual into your daily life for ongoing healing and self-nurturing.
