Prakriti— Honouring the Initiations of the Cosmic Feminine through Ayurvedic Medicine

The wisdom tradition and medicine of Ayurveda holds the three sacred initiations of womanhood— menarche, pregnancy/postpartum, and menopause in deep reverence and places great importance on the ways in which women are not only tended to, but the ways in which women learn to tend to themselves as we move through the seasons of our lives as cyclical and cosmic beings.

Join Sonia Dhillon, Traditional Ayurvedic Therapist and Postpartum Birth Attendant, at the 2024 Wild Roses Festival as we explore ancient Ayurvedic medicine for women’s health.
