About Amani Financial:
Amani, a Swahili word pronounced aa-mah-nee, is associated with calm and reason. Amani is not just about the absence of chaos, it also refers to the tranquility, peace of mind and serenity.

The primary mission of Amani Financial is to guide women to financial independence so that they can break the cycle of financial chaos and bring peace of mind to their lives. We specialize in cash flow management, investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning, insurance and risk management, tax planning and small business financial planning.

Women have unique experiences, challenges, opportunities and goals when it comes to finances and wealth building. Our aim at Amani Financial is to empower women who want to increase their financial literacy, create financial security, build wealth, and improve their overall well being and peace of mind around their finances. We do this in a safe place where vulnerability is our superpower and education gives us the tools we need to reach our goals and dreams.

Crystal Kelly, QAFP®
Crystal took the leap to start Amani Financial and create her own version of financial independence in 2021. With her 16 years of experience in the financial industry, she has developed a philosophy that sound financial advice must include the emotional and human part of the equation. Of course the numbers are critically important, however Crystal’s approach also considers the client’s dreams, fears, biases, life experiences, gender, beliefs, cultural background, traumas, values, and the list goes on. It’s not only about helping women explore and set their goals, but also about getting them there in a way that feels safe and brings peace of mind to their lives.

Crystal earned her QAFP® designation and is required to adhere to rigorous standards that are set and enforced by the FP Canada Standards Council™ including a code of ethics, fitness standards, rules of conduct and practice standards. She has also successfully completed her Certified Financial Planner® exam and is a candidate to receive her CFP® certification.
