Glamping Tent: 1 King Bed
The glamping tent sleeps 1-2 and has one king sized bed, all bedding, fabulous decor, a seating area, twinkling lights and outdoor deck. Rental is based off two nights (Friday July 5 and Saturday July 6). Guests must be packed up and 'checked out' by 5pm on Sunday, July 7.
 
Please note that the renter's name MUST match a ticketholders name in order to be admitted.

  • By purchasing a tent rental, you agree to the following terms:

    • There is absolutely no smoking, candles or any other naked flame allowed in or near the tent.

    • Children MUST be supervised, and no pens, paint and markers provided to children.

    • No pets allowed.

    • Renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of tent and/ or equipment and will be billed accordingly at the discretion of the Wild Roses Festival.

    • -Renter is to leave the tent in the same condition that it was found, leaving behind no personal belongings or garbage. Small issues and regular wear and tear (at the discretion of Wild Roses Festival) will not be charged. If extra deep cleaning is required, a minimum charge of $50.00 per tent could apply.

    • Tents are temporary structures designed to handle most normal weather conditions. However, there may be weather conditions that become unsafe such as during high winds or lightning storms - evacuation of tents is recommended in these or any other unsafe conditions.

    • Wild Roses Festival reserves the right to abort setup or take down early if weather or natural disasters dictate that it would be unsafe for our patrons or staff. This also applies if we feel the tent or equipment is likely to get damaged. Examples include but are not limited to; forest fires, flooding, swamping, excessive smoke, high winds, lightning, excessively high or low temperatures.

    • Wild Roses Festival cannot be held liable and is not responsible for loss or damage to property of renters or their guests.

    • In the event that the Wild Roses Festival is terminated early, canceled due to extreme weather, forest fire, acts of nature, government regulation or other conditions beyond the control of Wild Roses Festival, the tent rental fee is non-refundable but the booking will be transferred to the festival’s rescheduled dates.

    • In the event that a third party tent rental company cancels the booking with Wild Roses Festival due to their own discretion (extreme weather, natural disasters) but the festival still proceeds, the renter will be refunded the tent fee, but will be held responsible to arrange for other accommodations.

    • In the event that I share or provide entry to any other person(s) to sleep or use the tent and its accommodations, I recognize that I assume responsibility and am acting on their behalf to agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    • The tent rental is non-refundable but can be transferred to another ticket holder's name. In the event that this happens, we will try our best to help find a replacement for your booking but will not be held responsible if you cannot find someone to transfer the booking to.
