Set against the wide-open prairie, our 13-foot tipi-style glamping tents offer a cozy, grounded retreat with sweeping views and big-sky sunsets. Each tipi is outfitted with two single beds, comfortably sleeping up to 2 guests — perfect for friends, sisters, or anyone wanting a more minimal, nature-forward experience at the festival.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR TIPI GLAMPING EXPERIENCE

These simplified, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared tents include:

Two single beds with foam mattresses
Comfortable sheets, pillow + duvet for a cozy night’s sleep
Solar lighting just outside your tent to guide you after dark
Designated parking spot near your tipi
Access to shared toilets within close walking distance

Your tipi is a peaceful space to rest, recharge, and rise with the prairie sunrise before another day of connection, workshops, movement, and magic.

Your glamping rental covers two nights:

Friday, July 10
Saturday, July 11

Guests must be fully packed and checked out by 5:00 PM on Sunday, July 12.
Please note: Early check-in is not permitted for glamping tents.

Tipi tents are unserviced — they do not include power or running water.
The renter’s name must match the name of a festival ticketholder to be admitted onto the grounds.

By purchasing a tent rental, you agree to the following terms:

There is absolutely no smoking, candles or any other naked fame allowed in the tnet

Children must be supervised, and no pens, pant and markers will be provided to children.

No pets allowed.

Renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of tent and or its equipment or furnishings and will be billed according at the discretion of Wild Roses Festival

Renter is to leave the tent in the same condition that it was found, leaving behind no personal belongings or garbage. Small issues and regular wear and tear (at the discretion of Wild Roses Festival) will not be charged. If extra deep cleaning is required, a minimum charge of $50 per tent could apply.

Tents are temporary structures designed to handle most weather conditions. However, there may be weather conditions that become unsafe such as during high winds or lightning storms- evacuation of tents is recommended in these or other unsafe conditions until the storm has passed. Wild Roses Festival reserves the right to abort setup or take down early if weather or natural disasters dictate that it would be unsafe for our patrons or staff. This also applies if we feel the tent or equipment is likely to get damaged. Examples include but are not limited to; forest fires, flooding, swamping, excessive smoke, high winds, lightning, excessively high or low temperatures. In the event of cancellation or partial cancellation during the festival, the renter will be refunded the tent fee (or remaining tent fee dependent on the time evacuation occurs), but will be held responsible to arrange for other accommodations.

Wild Roses Festival cannot be held liable and is not responsible for any loss or damage to of belongings of the renters.

In the event that Wild Roses Festival is terminated early, cancelled due to extreme weather, forest fire, acts of God, government regulation or other conditions beyond the control of Wild Roses Festival, the tent rental (or remaining) fee is non-refundable but the booking will be transferred to the festivals rescheduled dates.

In the event that the renter shares or provides entry to other person(s) to sleep or use the tent and its accommodations, you will assume responsibility and act on their behalf to agree to these terms and conditions.

The tent rental is non-refundable but can be transferred into another ticket holders name.
