Ally Brower
Marketplace, Healer's and Food Village

Hey, I’m Ally — director of the Marketplace, Healer’s Village, and Food Village here at Wild Roses Festival.
My role with the fest came about super organically — during the very first Wild Roses (which was meant to be a small potluck), my bestie Lauren suddenly found herself hosting 200+ women. I jumped in to help, organizing the incredible women-owned businesses who were bringing their creations to share, and helping out in whatever way I could just to keep things flowing. And that’s where the seeds of my role were planted.
With a background in hospitality and as a Registered Massage Therapist, it felt only natural to expand into organizing the Food and Healer’s Villages — creating spaces for nourishment, connection, and self-care. I now live in beautiful Vernon, BC, and love that I can do much of my festival work remotely — between treating clients as an RMT and working winters up at a backcountry heli-ski lodge in the remote mountains. When I’m not running between the villages, you can usually find me at my booth in the Marketplace, Align Jewellery, selling fierce + flowy handcrafted feather earrings.
As a small business owner, healthcare professional, and woman who’s endlessly passionate about seeing other women thrive — this role fills me up in ALL the ways. Being part of this dream team and watching Wild Roses grow from that first potluck into the incredible festival it is today, has been such an honour.
See you at the fest — I’ll be the one running between the villages with a coffee in one hand, a walkie-talkie in the other, and probably a feather earring tangled in my hair.
