The Co Collective

We are a duo brought together through our own lived experiences, healing journeys, and a shared calling to create safe, nurturing spaces for women. Rooted in compassion, authenticity, and community connection, our work is centred on the belief that when women gather with intention, deep wisdom and healing naturally emerge.

Drawing from multiple healing modalities, personal growth practices, and the inspiration we received through experiences such as the Wild Roses Festival, we felt a quiet knowing to bring these teachings and ways of being back into our own community. Through a series of shared synchronicities over the past few years, Jericho’s quiet inner knowing to share her experiences and gifts aligned with Shannon’s grounded — and not-so-gentle — nudge, encouraging them to bring this vision into reality. Since then, this offering has grown into a meaningful and well-supported space within our community.

Our women’s circle is designed to be calm, comforting, and deeply inclusive — a place where women feel safe, heard, and supported exactly as they are. We honour both softness and strength, stillness and truth-telling, and we hold space for reflection, sharing, rest, and reconnection. Beyond gathering, our circle has also become a platform for inviting other women to share their gifts, teachings, and skills, allowing participants to experience a wide range of tools and modalities for healing and self-discovery.

We are passionate about empowering women to take this model back into their own communities — to create their own circles, quiet spaces, and intentional gatherings that foster connection and resilience. Our hope in offering a women’s circle at the festival is to provide a sanctuary within the larger event: a place to pause, breathe, connect, and glimpse what is possible when women come together with care and purpose.

Jericho experienced a conscious awakening three years ago while attending the Wild Roses Festival — a turning point that changed the direction of her life. This awakening marked the beginning of living for herself rather than for others, fully recognizing the personal power she holds and how she can use that to help women in a profound way. Since that time, her intuitive awareness, connection to Source, and inner wisdom have deepened significantly. Over the past few years, this growth has turned into confidence and clarity in holding space for women, gently guiding them toward reconnecting with their ancestral wisdom, inner power, and capacity for healing through shared reflection and presence.

Shannon holds the role of the Crone within the circle, offering a deeply nurturing and compassionate presence rooted in lived experience and embodied wisdom. With the heart of a mother and the steadiness of a guide, she helps each woman feel held, cared for, and grounded throughout the gathering. Her life experience bridges both nurturing and leadership roles, allowing her to bring steady grounding, practical wisdom, and calm assurance into every circle. With a deep belief that healing should be accessible and woven into everyday life, Shannon helps create spaces where women feel safe to slow down, speak honestly, and reconnect with themselves and one another.

Together, we offer a balanced and heart-led approach that blends intuitive awareness, lived wisdom, and grounded facilitation to support women wherever they are on their journey.

The Sacred Pause: A Women’s Circle

This women’s circle offers a quiet pause within the energy of the festival. Attendees will be invited to rest, breathe, and connect in a nurturing environment where nothing is required of them. Through shared presence and gentle reflection, women may leave feeling grounded, supported, and more connected to themselves.
