Jenni Stanners
Jenni Stanners is a Joy Facilitator, meditation guide, and the creator of Rooted in Joy™ — a grounded, heart-led approach to living with rhythm, presence, and self-trust. Her work supports women who are holding a lot — emotionally, mentally, and energetically — to reconnect with themselves in ways that feel safe, real, and nourishing.
As a Woven Woman of Afro-Caribbean and Slavic lineages, Jenni’s work is shaped by both fire and earth — movement and stillness, expression and grounding. She weaves gentle mindfulness, guided meditation, reflective journaling, and trauma-aware, nervous-system-informed facilitation into spaces where women can exhale, soften, and come back into their bodies.
Jenni invites joy not as something to chase or earn, but as something already present — waiting to be felt, practiced, and lived, even in the midst of real life. Her approach honours both light and shadow, recognizing that joy is not the absence of grief, fear, or tenderness, but the capacity to hold all of who we are with compassion and choice.
At Wild Roses, Jenni offers gentle, embodied experiences that feel grounding, accessible, and alive — an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and root into the joy that already lives within.
Rooted & Radiant: Expanding Our Capacity to Hold Joy
Rooted & Radiant: Expanding Our Capacity to Hold Joy
This embodied, trauma-aware workshop explores how to safely expand our capacity for joy without bypassing grief, fatigue, or real life. Many of us desire joy yet unconsciously brace against it — shrinking ourselves, waiting for the other shoe to drop, or feeling undeserving of ease.
Through gentle teaching, nervous-system-informed practices, and guided embodiment, participants are invited to meet joy as a grounded, regulated state rather than a fleeting high. This session honours both light and tenderness, creating a spacious, supportive container where participants can reconnect with joy in a way that feels safe, steady, and sustainable.
