Ayurvedic Oiling Rituals: Nourishing the Body for Women’s Health
In this workshop, you will be guided through traditional Ayurvedic oiling practices designed specifically to support women’s health, vitality, and longevity.
Modern life, constant activity, digital overstimulation, chronic stress, late nights, and disrupted sleep can gradually deplete ojas, our essence of vitality, radiance, and immunity. Ayurveda teaches that oil plays a vital role in restoring and protecting women’s health.
Regular oiling offers deep nourishment for the nervous system, hormonal balance, tissues, and subtle body.
These are not simply beauty rituals; they are sacred and practical acts of self-care that replenish the body at every level. Together, we will explore how oiling supports women through the many phases of life and how to incorporate these therapies into your own self-care rhythm.
Practices we will cover:
Abhyanga – full-body oil massage
Nabhi & Yoni Pichu – abdominal and intravaginal oiling
Karna Purna – oiling of the ears
Nasya – nasal oiling
Shiro Abhyanga – oiling of the hair and scalp
Participants will receive a kit of organic herbal oils for each of the above practices to begin integrating these nourishing oiling rituals at home.
$88
Workshop ticket is non-refundable but transferable.
