Heal Her Within: Reparenting Attachment Wounds

This workshop invites you to connect deeply with your inner child and explore the attachment wounds you may still be carrying. Through a guided inner journey, you’ll meet the part of yourself that holds unmet needs, unprocessed emotions, and old patterns from early relationships—and have the opportunity to reparent yourself with compassion, care, and understanding.

You’ll engage in a unique and personal experience that blends attachment-informed psychoeducation, guided visualization, and body-based practices. This workshop is designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and safe as you explore your inner world. Everyone’s journey will look different, but you’ll leave with practical tools and a compassionate framework to work with whatever arises, nurture curiosity, and strengthen your connection with your inner child.

In this workshop, you’ll explore how your early attachment experiences may still be shaping your relationships and sense of self, and you’ll learn how to lovingly support the parts of you that need care and healing. You’ll practice reparenting your inner child, cultivating safety, compassion, and emotional resilience. As you connect with these inner parts and tend to old wounds, you can begin to release emotions, patterns, and beliefs that no longer serve you, creating space for a more authentic, empowered, and joyful version of yourself.
