Rebecca Lee

I am a yoga and meditation teacher, an executive coach, and a long time people and culture leader. My work lives at the place where the inner world and the outer world meet. I am most alive when I am holding space for women who carry a lot on their shoulders and in their hearts, and helping them remember that their own body and intuition are trustworthy guides.

In my professional life I have supported founders, executives and teams through growth, conflict and big change. In my teaching, that experience shows up as a very grounded style. I love practices that are beautiful but also practical, so that what happens on the mat or in a circle can be carried back into a meeting room, a kitchen, or a difficult conversation. My sessions blend accessible movement, breath, guided meditation and clear reflection so that every woman, regardless of experience, can find an entry point.

The knowledge I keep, and want every woman to know, is that you are not behind and you are not broken. Your body is not a problem to solve. It is a source of wisdom, boundaries and insight. When women learn to trust what their body is telling them, their voice changes, their leadership changes, and their relationships change. I want more women to move through the world from that place of inner alignment and self respect.

Sunset Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest for Women Who Hold So Much

This session is designed as a soft landing at the end of the day. It is for the women who are trusted, relied on and often responsible for everyone else, and who rarely have a chance to fully let go. As the light begins to fade, we gather for a very gentle, floor based practice that asks nothing of the body except to be comfortable.

We start with a few minutes of simple, supported shapes that can be created with blankets, bolsters or whatever props are available. The emphasis is on comfort and feeling held by the ground. Once everyone is settled, I guide a full length yoga nidra practice, moving slowly through body sensing, breath awareness and imagery. This style of guided rest allows the nervous system to drop into a state similar to deep sleep while participants remain quietly aware. The session closes with a short seated meditation and a chance to set a small, personal intention for how they want to move through the rest of the festival.

Attendees can expect to experience a quality of rest that many people do not often reach in their daily lives. They will learn how it feels to choose restoration on purpose instead of collapsing from exhaustion, and they will leave with a few simple tools they can use at home on nights when their mind is busy but their body is tired. The entire practice is accessible to beginners and to anyone who lives with fatigue or stress.
