Mandy Trapp
Founder of The Practice™ | Meditation & Breathwork Teacher | Writer & Speaker on Conscious Living and Recovery
Mandy Trapp is a globally recognized teacher and writer whose work bridges ancient wisdom with modern life.
As the founder of The Practice™ and Lifestyle Meditation + Breathwork, she has spent over two decades guiding individuals and organizations in the art of presence, emotional regulation, and embodied leadership.
Having certified more than 3,500 teachers worldwide, Mandy’s teachings weave together neuroscience, mindfulness, and breathwork with the timeless principles of spirituality and self-inquiry. Her approach is refreshingly real — rooted not in escaping life, but in meeting it head-on with awareness and compassion.
A mother of three, a wife to an entrepreneur, and a lifelong student of consciousness, Mandy has lived these practices through every stage of life’s chaos and beauty. Her work — including The Holy Craving, a storytelling platform and movement to de-stigmatize addiction, and The River, a yearlong mentorship for women in recovery — continues to invite others into the deeper, more devotional side of healing.
From leading retreats at her flower farm and retreat center in Western Canada to mentoring teachers across the world, Mandy’s mission is clear:
to make spirituality human again — practical, embodied, and profoundly transformative.
