Jessica Laporte

I’m a modern renaissance woman—an embodied teacher, facilitator, creative, digital content creator, DJ, movement artist and toddler boy mom devoted to helping women come home to themselves.

My work weaves movement, nervous system wisdom, voice, and relational truth into grounded, playful, experiential spaces. I teach yoga, handstands, and acrobatics as practices of trust, curiosity, and presence. Play is central to everything I do; it’s how we learn, regulate, relate, and remember who we are beneath rules and roles.

I believe emotions are intelligent, anger is sacred, rest is essential, boundaries are acts of love, and self-trust is something you build through honest, lived relationship with your body and inner knowing.

The wisdom I carry and believe every woman deserves to know is simple and radical: you are not here to override yourself to be acceptable. You are here to inhabit yourself fully.

My work is an invitation to remember, embody, and live from that truth.

Playground: An Acroyoga Class for Trust, Joy, and Embodied Connection

This acro class is a playful, accessible exploration of trust, balance, and connection through movement.

Participants will experience simple partner and group acrobatics designed for all levels, with an emphasis on communication, consent, and embodied listening. You’ll learn how to give and receive support, navigate weight and balance with clarity, and build confidence through play.

Expect a grounded, safety-forward environment with moments of focus, laughter, and self-discovery. No prior acro experience is needed, just curiosity, willingness, and a readiness to explore what becomes possible when we move together.
