Jackie Williamson — Yoga, Somatic’s, Nidra & Inner Reprogramming
My work is an offering of remembrance —
a return to the wisdom already living within the body.
Over the years, my path has evolved from traditional yoga practice into a deeply integrated approach that weaves together inner reprogramming, somatic therapy, mindfulness meditation, Yoga Nidra, and yogic philosophy. At the heart of everything I share is a devotion to compassion, presence, and embodied truth.
My teaching is holistic and intuitive, shaped by extended periods of self-study, silence, meditation, and spiritual practice. I continue to study and explore somatics, nervous system regulation, and the subtle layers of consciousness, allowing these teachings to inform practices that are gentle, accessible, and profoundly transformative.
Each class, retreat, or meditation is offered as an act of love and gratitude — a space to soften effort, release conditioning, and reclaim sovereignty. Rather than striving for change, we create the conditions for healing to arise naturally, guiding the body and mind back into coherence, trust, and inner authority. This work is not about fixing or becoming someone new; it is about remembering who you are beneath the layers.
For the past several years, I have continued to deepen my studies in India, where my relationship with yoga, meditation, and service has been profoundly shaped. A deep calling of mine is to support accessible wellbeing practices within ashram communities and to give back to the spaces that have nurtured my own growth, healing, and self-discovery.
Forever a student of the mysteries of this beautiful life, I remain devoted to learning, listening, and living these teachings. It is my honor to hold space for others as they return home to themselves — grounded, clear, and gently empowered.
I look forward to sharing this path with you.
