Through the sacred practice of Kundalini Yoga, I guide women back home to the pulse within, to the life force that breathes through all things. My work is a remembrance, an invitation to rise, to soften, and to return to the rhythm of the heart and the wisdom of the Earth.
As a Sound Alchemist and Cacao Ceremonialist, I weave breath, mantra, and vibration into experiences that dissolve the layers between body, soul, and spirit. The spaces I create are tender and powerful, sanctuaries where women can feel held, seen, and reignited in their truth.
What I wish every woman to remember is that the light she seeks is already burning within her. When we awaken our inner energy and meet ourselves with love, we remember that we are not separate from the divine. We are its expression, radiant, whole, and wildly alive.
