Rebecca Canup

Rebecca Canup is a writer, poet, and writing mentor dedicated to helping women reclaim their voices and ignite their creative fire. She has published three poetry collections, contributed to magazines, and won a poetry award, with her work also showcased in a New York City art exhibition. As a facilitator of writers' groups and creative workshops, she guides women in exploring self-expression, empowerment, and self-love.

Her approach blends inspiration, practical guidance, and heart-centered storytelling, helping participants transform words into courage, clarity, passion, igniting the spark for the beginnings of their next chapter.

She Writes the Future

How often do us as women give up our dreams and goals for the responsibility of being a mother, wife, business woman, etc. Our roles keep our lives rich and full, but they can also take over the spaces that are just for us. It’s time to name and reclaim them.

She Writes the Future is an immersive creative writing workshop designed to help women envision and claim their next chapter and create space for reaching for their dreams and goals. Through reflection, guided writing, music, and storytelling, participants will explore how words can transform dreams
into direction and imagination into action.

This workshop invites women to reconnect with their voice, release old narratives, and write the futures they choose to live. Blending mindfulness, journaling, and community connection, it transforms writing into a tool for healing and manifestation. No prior writing experience is needed - only curiosity, courage, and an open heart.
