Dominika Boron

I am a queer somatic trauma therapy facilitator and presenter, weaving together movement and sound as pathways for healing the mind, body and spirit. My work honours the truth that healing arrives in many forms; through softness and strength, stillness and flow, rhythm and release. I live by the motto that every form of expression is welcome here. My passions include working with the complexity that is the human body, being a voice for queer women and releasing our inner lion. I have gained wisdom in these areas from global certifications and over ten years of lived experience with life transitions, death and grief. I intentionally cultivate spaces where the nervous system can exhale, where safety is gently rediscovered and accessed from within.

Breath & Belonging: A Queer-Focused Somatic Story Circle

Breath & Belonging: A Queer-Focused Somatic Story Circle is an intimate, heart-led gathering for queer women — with allies lovingly welcome — to slow down, breathe together, and come home to the wisdom of the body. In this circle, we’ll gather in the spirit of Wild Roses: grounded, curious, and committed to care for ourselves and one another. Through gentle breathwork, grounding practices, and optional story sharing, we’ll open space to talk about queer bodies — how they hold joy, resilience, shame, tension, and the internalized norms we’ve learned throughout our queer journeys. Rather than fixing or pushing, we’ll practice listening: to our breath, to sensation, and to the shared hum of being in community. This is a soft, consent-centered space where participation is always optional and every body is welcome. Expect tenderness, quiet magic, and moments of connection — with yourself and with others — as we exhale what no longer serves and make room for belonging, just as we are. Come with an open heart and an open mind.
