Courtney Campbell

My goal is to emit self empowerment, body positivity and inclusivity within all of my classes. I have a light hearted approach to yoga but also encourage people to move beyond their comfort zones and experience all that they are capable of. Keeping the focus on a strong mind - body - breath connection my classes are a moving meditation. I always offer modifications and alternative postures to ensure the class is empowering and accessible to all levels/bodies. My focus & practice now, after 550+ hours of training, has evolved into helping myself and others align with a sense of purpose, deepen our connection to each other as a community, and to ourselves as an integral part of nature.

In my free time I enjoy adventuring with big white dog, Indy, and spending time with friends camping, paddle boarding, and . With a healthy addiction to Tim Horton's tea - I’m always up for a good walk, road trip, or trashy tv show binge!

Wild & Well: An Embodied Flow for Freedom & Joy

Wild & Well is a playful, intuitive yoga experience designed to reconnect women to their bodies, breath, and inner rhythm. This class invites participants to release expectations, soften self-judgment, and move in ways
that feel natural, nourishing, and true.

Through a fluid, feel-good flow, students will be encouraged to explore movement beyond rigid alignment or “right vs. wrong,” honoring what feels supportive in their body in each moment. The practice blends grounding postures, gentle strength, and expressive transitions, creating space for
freedom, curiosity, and embodied joy.

Rooted in the belief that wellness is not about perfection but presence, Wild & Well offers a supportive environment where women can reconnect with intuition, trust their inner voice, and remember that taking up space, just as they are, is part of the healing.

Participants will leave feeling more connected, uplifted, and at home in theirbodies.
