Andrea Yacyshyn
Andrea Yacyshyn (she/her) is a multi-disciplinary mover and bodyworker whose work lives at the intersection of science and creative expression. Drawing from an extensive background in dance, movement education, and manual therapy, she is passionate about reshaping how we relate to and move within our bodies.
After a long professional dance career, Andrea became a Registered Massage Therapist, expanding her approach to support deeper, more sustainable embodiment. Wanting to offer a more holistic movement experience, she created classes that pull from the science of rehabilitative movement, the foundations of pilates, the creative expression of dance, and soothing somatic movement principles.
Through her movement platform, Antidote Movement Club, she creates spaces where participants are invited to slow down, tune in, and truly feel themselves. Her classes cultivate care, curiosity, and ownership over one’s body, encouraging both individual empowerment and meaningful community connection.
