Andrea Troughton

I am a Holistic Health and Fitness Coach, Author, and Martial Artist who supports women in rebuilding self-worth and reconnecting with their bodies with compassion and curiosity. With experience across many movement traditions–dance, bodybuilding, yoga, group fitness, personal training, Martial Arts, and somatic healing–and over a decade coaching and teaching women with unique needs, I bring both depth and breadth to my work.

I was called to this work because of my lived experience with trauma, grief, anxiety, disordered eating, and healing. I believe that vulnerability is my superpower, and that sharing our stories softens shame and creates space for collective healing.

My philosophy is grounded in the belief that there is no single perfect tool for self-care. Wellness is multifaceted, cyclical, and deeply personal. I draw from a wide spectrum of practices, keeping what resonates, releasing what doesn’t, and guiding women to build their own evolving toolkit. My work blends Joyful Movement, Mindful Eating, Habitual Self-Care, and somatic principles to honor the whole person. I am also a passionate advocate for inclusive, accessible wellness, dedicated to removing barriers that prevent diverse folx from accessing meaningful self-care.
