Alex Sanctuarium

I’m passionate about creating spaces that support rewilding, wellness, and community gathering. My journey has been shaped by over a decade of working with women and natural building, guiding workshops, and facilitating experiences that encourage creativity, liberation and self-empowerment.

I offer immersive workshops that honour the feminine body, natural materials, and the sacred relationship between home, earth, and inner sanctuary. My signature clay work weaves ancient techniques and rituals with modern longings for rewilding and reconnection, helping women reclaim their bodies as beautiful, wild, and worthy, just as they are.

The most important knowledge I hold is this:
Every woman has the power to cultivate her own sanctuary, whether it’s within her home, her body, or her sovereign mind. It’s accessible, it’s natural, and it’s profoundly healing.

My offerings are as tactile as they are transformative. They are an invitation to slow down, sink in, and remember what it feels like to truly belong.

Circular Leadership

Circular Leadership is an embodied exploration of how we gather, decide, and create together beyond hierarchical or burnout-driven models.
This offering explores circular leadership as a grounded, human-centered approach to gathering, decision-making, and collective creation. Drawing from lived experience in facilitation spaces, natural building sites, and collaborative community projects, this session invites participants to reimagine leadership beyond top-down authority or unstructured “leaderless” models.

Circular leadership is not the absence of structure, it is a conscious redistribution of responsibility, power, and voice. Through shared reflection, examples, and practical language, participants will explore how clarity of roles, consent-based decision-making, nervous-system awareness, and relational accountability can support groups that are both effective and generative.

This offering is for women who find themselves holding space in communities, projects, families, or teams, and who long for ways of leading that do not replicate domination, exhaustion, or disconnection. It offers grounded perspectives and tools that can be applied immediately: inviting leadership to become a shared practice of presence, care, and collective wisdom.
