Pam Kriangkum

Rest and play are your birthright.

As women, we live in a world that constantly demands more of us, leaving little room to nurture ourselves. Pam (she/her) is a holistic business strategist who helps women unhook from hustle culture and reconnect with the wisdom stored in their bodies. She believes true success is built on a foundation of guilt-free rest, joyful play, and prioritizing well-being.

Through her work, Pam empowers women to redefine success on their own terms without sacrificing their health or happiness. For her, rest is not just self-care; it’s a radical act of liberation and a reclaiming of power in a world that demands endless productivity. As a woman of colour, Pam creates inclusive spaces where women, especially women of colour, feel seen, heard, and inspired to explore what’s possible.

Pam’s gift lies in creating transformative spaces where individuals and teams can deepen their connections with one another. Her facilitation sparks meaningful, vulnerable conversations that build trust and inspire new perspectives, all through an approachable and lighthearted style. She helps women integrate joyful play and guilt-free rest as essential tools for personal and professional growth.

Having experienced burnout in many forms: as a high-performance athlete, creative professional, and caregiver, Pam knows firsthand the toll of constantly giving without refuelling. Her severe burnout in 2021 became a turning point, driving her to develop practical strategies for sustainable success. Over the past three years, she has helped countless women prioritize their health and happiness while pursuing what lights them up.

Pam brings her unique ability to catalyze transformation, empowering women to take bold steps toward a life built on their terms. Her mission is to inspire women everywhere to reclaim rest and play as acts of liberation and self-love—because when women thrive, the whole world benefits.

BIPOC Connection Circle

Join us in a circle discussion created exclusively for members of the BIPOC community
attending the Wild Roses Festival. Led by Pam Kriangkum, this space is for sharing lived
experiences, hearing each other’s stories, and fostering meaningful connections.

During our gathering, we’ll explore the unique ways that rest and play show up in our lives as
acts of resilience, liberation, and self-preservation.

Whether you come to share, listen, or simply be present, this circle invites you to connect
authentically with others who understand the nuances of navigating the world as a BIPOC
woman.

Leave feeling seen, heard, and supported, with a deeper appreciation for the power of
community and the role of rest and play in our individual and collective empowerment.
