Perimenopause Prep: Getting Ready for Graduation

Menopause is the cessation of menstruation for 12 months. The term perimenopause refers to the 2-12 years leading up to the last menstrual period and can start as early as age 35. It is a time of transformation, depth, and reorganization. Changes are occurring on a physical, mental, and emotional level. This workshop will guide you in understanding what is changing in your body during perimenopause, offer support and respect for this time of the reproductive life cycle, and suggest ways to help you through this very natural process.
