I believe creativity is an innate part of who we are as humans. We know it when we are kids, but then life gets busy, complicated and sometimes really hard. Many of us stop believing in our inner artist, but that desire to create remains, longing to be set free! I am on a mission to help you bring creativity back into your life!
The artist in me got so hungry she refused to be ignored anymore. I enrolled in Intentional Creativity Teacher training with mentor Shiloh Sophia at Musea University and for the next few years, fed on the most nourishing creative practice of my life!
Through my own creative awakening I developed The Regenerative Creativity Cycle, a way to understand our creative side and help our artist self bring projects into the world with ease and joy. I revived my creative soul and this is what I want to share with you!
My path has taken me on many adventures. I am the mother of three wondrous teenagers and wife of over 20 years to a fellow Pisces dreamer. I taught junior and senior high fashion and culinary arts for 20 years where I learned so much about human behavior, compassion and the power of inspiring students to their creative passions. I live on an acreage in a small prairie town in rural Alberta where I commune with nature daily and stargaze at night. I love cycling, yoga, and playing with my black German Shepard puppy Phoebe, and I still enjoy sewing and cooking after all the years of teaching it.
