Meet Tessa (she/her), an accomplished professional who seamlessly blends expertise and experience in her role as a Registered Psychologist who specializes in trauma and trauma recovery. She is committed to sharing her wisdom with women and empowering them to realize that healing is possible for all of us and it is internal — we are what we need.
She is able to create emotional safety and an environment where people feel safe enough to do the work. Her ability to communicate clearly and effectively reflects her passion for sharing knowledge, teaching, and guiding women on their journey to reconnect with themselves. She empowers them to do the inner work needed to heal and break free from old patterns or wounds that no longer serve them.
Her workshops are dynamic, interactive, and skill-focused, creating an engaging experience for attendees. Attendees leave feeling more connected to themselves, hopeful, uplifted, and better prepared to navigate life’s challenges.

Drawing from her own lived experiences and a clinical background in personal trauma recovery, she has worked extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
