I worked in the clinical field of frontline mental health services for over a decade, witnessing and doing my best to support a reactive system. Transitioning into private practice 3 years ago has given me the opportunity to find myself as a practitioner and to integrate my love of nature into the work I do. Working so intricately with the nervous systems means I fully understand what it is to be human and have human experiences from both a scientific and spiritual perspective. Working with the rhythms of nature compliments my top down, bottom up approach to therapy. I now define myself as a holistically-focused clinical therapist, meaning I work with the mind, body and spirit from using a foundation rooted in science. Working with relationships is the most intimate work I do, it is a privilege to become part of anyone's journey- yet this work holds a special place in my heart. Whether supporting relationships with growth or renewal, or guiding people through a conscious separation- I understand this work is deeply vulnerable and life impacting.
