Andrea Troughton is a holistic health and fitness coach, author, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt. She helps women develop unshakeable self-worth and strengthen their connection with their bodies through a trauma-informed, body-neutral approach to wellness. Andrea's philosophy centers on Joyful Movement, Mindful Eating, and Habitual Self-Care. These three pillars emerged from her own personal struggles with mental health, body image, disordered eating, and trauma, as well as over ten years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Andrea believes that vulnerability is her superpower and that openly sharing her challenges is the best way to heal personally and help others do the same. In addition to coaching and writing, Andrea is also an advocate for inclusive fitness and wellness, and is passionate about breaking down barriers that prevent or limit diverse folx from accessing or implementing strategies for their personal care.
