Carmen Gervais

Hi, I'm Carmen Gervais, a psychology graduate and will be attending my Masters of Counseling Psychology starting in May 2024. Currently, I work as a caseworker in Edmonton's inner city, offering one-on-one support to clients facing challenges like poverty, addiction, trauma, and mental health struggles. My approach emphasizes empowering individuals to lead their healing journey while providing support and resources. With a deep-rooted passion for mental health, I've dedicated over 5 years to psychological clinics and the past 3 years to a women's integrated health clinic, where I've honed trauma-informed practices. I believe in the transformative power of healing and aim to be a compassionate space for individuals to explore and grow through their own experiences.
